Series

Products can be assigned to a Series in Settings → Series.

A series groups related products that share the same merchandising content but represent different dates or departures. This makes it easy to present multiple products together under a single series overview.

For example, a creator might create separate products for a retreat running in May, June, and September, then group them into a single series.

Recommended approach

Series are still fully supported, but for most use cases we recommend using a single Experience with multiple availabilities instead. In this configuration, the different dates are available as experience_slots against the main product.

Using a single product allows creators to:

• Manage merchandising content in one place.
• Offer multiple dates through the Availability feature.
• Avoid duplicating products that only differ by departure date.

This approach is simpler to maintain and is recommended for all new implementations.
