SEO
Build search engine-friendly themes with Easol's built-in SEO features.
Easol includes a number of built-in SEO features to help Creators' sites perform well in search engines.
As a theme developer, you should understand which SEO features are handled automatically by the platform and which are your responsibility.
Built-in SEO
Easol automatically provides:
- Canonical URLs on every page to prevent duplicate content caused by query parameters or pagination.
- Configurable metadata for site and product pages.
- Automatically generated product pages for published Experiences and Accommodations.
Product pages
When a product is published, Easol automatically creates a public merchandising page at:
/products/{product-slug}These pages are indexable by search engines and remain published for as long as the product is published.
To remove a product page from search engines, the product itself must be unpublished.

- Ensure important content is rendered in HTML rather than only through JavaScript.
