Seating variant

An experience variant on a seating chart, priced and stocked for the seating event's slot.

On a custom-priced package step, the package price already covers part or all of each seat, so the price and booking fee are for the upgrade the customer pays on top of the package price.

Properties

id

The variant's GlobalID. Submit it as the variant of each seat's line item.

Returns: String

name

The variant's display name.

Returns: String

price

The price of one seat on the slot, in the current currency. On a custom-priced package step, this is the upgrade price: the slot price less the step's included value per person, and never less than zero.

Returns: VariantPriceDrop or nil — nil when there is no current currency.

sold_out

Whether the variant has no seats left to sell on the slot. Always false when the variant uses resource stock and the experience has an ongoing or future recurring schedule.

Returns: Boolean — true when the variant is not available on the slot.

total_booking_fee_fractional

The booking fee on #price, in the subunit of the current currency. On a custom-priced package step, this uses the package's booking fee rate.

Returns: Integer or nil — nil when there is no current currency.
