Booking confirmed
Sent once, the first time a booking's state changes to pending_payment or completed. This happens when the customer pays a deposit or the full amount, or when the booking needs no payment. Easol doesn't send it again for the same booking. booked_at is set at this first confirmation. Confirmed is not a state; see Booking states.
