List all terminal readers
Returns all connected terminal readers with their current availability.
Readers that are unreachable are excluded from the response.
Use this endpoint to discover which readers are online and ready to accept card-present payments before initiating a payment.
The endpoint is not paginated: every reachable reader is returned in
one response, with has_more false.
